All our items are made to order, meaning each piece is crafted with care after you place your order. This allows us to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail in every product we create.

2. Choose Your Favorites: Select the items you love and add them to your cart.
3. Place Your Order: Proceed to checkout, where you can review your items and provide shipping details.

Preorders

Some of our special items will be available for preorder. These items will be clearly marked with "Pre-order" on our website. Here’s what you need to know about preorders:

• Fulfillment Times: Each preorder item will have an estimated fulfillment time listed, so you’ll know when to expect your custom-made piece.
• Combined Shipping: If you order a mix of preorder and regular items, please note that all items will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. This helps us keep shipping costs down and ensures you receive everything in one package. If you plan to order other items and you'd like those items sooner, I'd recommend placing a separate order.

Shipping Details

• Processing Time: Since our items are made to order, please allow 5-6 weeks for us to create your item before it is shipped. Please note: This is separate from shipping times.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, we’ll ship it out and send you a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times will vary based on your location.
